Today was quite a pleasant-busy-Monday. I noticed a clear drop in my vigilance with remaining Present. I’ve noticed this before: a marked negative correlation between the ease in my life and my attention to Being. This does not bode well for leading a pleasant existence. But then again, how boring would “a pleasant life” be?! [...]
